Purpose
A sub-processor, in the sense of Article 28(2) GDPR, is any third party engaged by Synthax Codes SRL to process personal data on behalf of a Customer. The Customer, as controller, authorises each of the sub-processors listed below by entering into the Data Processing Agreement.

Changes and notification
Customers are notified by email at least thirty (30) days before a new sub-processor is engaged for the processing of personal data. A Customer may, acting reasonably, object to the engagement of a new sub-processor by written notice within such period; the parties shall in good faith seek a mutually acceptable resolution.
Language
This document is published in English and in Romanian. The English version is the authoritative text. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the English version prevails.
