Sub-processors

This page lists the sub-processors engaged by Synthax Codes SRL to deliver the VIGILFleet service. It forms an integral part of the Data Processing Agreement.

§ 1

Purpose

A sub-processor, in the sense of Article 28(2) GDPR, is any third party engaged by Synthax Codes SRL to process personal data on behalf of a Customer. The Customer, as controller, authorises each of the sub-processors listed below by entering into the Data Processing Agreement.

§ 3

Changes and notification

Customers are notified by email at least thirty (30) days before a new sub-processor is engaged for the processing of personal data. A Customer may, acting reasonably, object to the engagement of a new sub-processor by written notice within such period; the parties shall in good faith seek a mutually acceptable resolution.
