Your customer stops calling. He has the link.
The single largest interruption in a dispatch office is not a problem with a load. It is a customer asking, politely, for the fifth time that week, where his load is. That question does not need a person to answer it.

One link per order, and nothing else is exposed.
Every order can carry a share token. The page behind it shows one load: the truck on the map, the stop it is running to, and a live estimated arrival. It shows nothing about your other customers, your prices, your other trucks or your drivers, and it needs no account, so it survives being forwarded around a customer's office.
- A read-only page scoped to one order and nothing else
- Works on a phone, in a browser, with no login and no app
- Revocable per order when the job is closed
- Plate anonymisation available per tenant when a customer should not see the vehicle
The driver gets his own link, in his own language.
The same idea works in the other direction. A driver share link opens the order the way a driver needs it: the stop sequence, the addresses, the time windows and the documents, translated. It reads English, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Bulgarian, which covers most of the cabs running European long haul.
What it replaces.
Before
The customer calls. The dispatcher calls the driver. The driver reads a road sign. The dispatcher calls the customer back. Fifteen minutes, three interruptions, one number that is already out of date.
After
The customer opens the link he was sent when the order was created and sees the truck moving. The dispatcher never learns that the question was asked.
Questions people actually ask.
- Does the customer need an account?
- No. The link is a secure token. Anyone the customer forwards it to can open it, and it shows only that one order.
- Can the customer see our other loads, prices or trucks?
- No. The page is scoped to a single order. It carries the route, the current stop and the estimated arrival, and nothing from the rest of your account.
- Can we hide the number plate?
- Yes. Plate anonymisation is a per-company setting, for cases where a forwarder would rather their client did not see whose truck is doing the job.
- What does the driver see?
- A separate driver link with the stop sequence, addresses, time windows and documents, in English, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish or Bulgarian.
