A curtainside truck on a European motorway at blue hour, wet asphalt under sodium lighting.

You have GPS.You still don’t have the screen.

Your GPS does not know the order, the driver’s hours or the invoice. VIGILFleet is the screen that does.

One screen. Every truck, every order, every euro.

This is the dispatcher view, running on a real fleet. Not a mockup.

The VIGILFleet dispatcher map: every truck in the fleet on one map of Europe with its live route, and the selected truck's panel open showing speed, distance and time to the loading point, the estimated arrival in local time, and the loading, customs, ferry and offloading sequence.

Keep the telematics you already pay for.

VIGILFleet reads your existing devices over API and turns raw positions into operations. Nothing gets ripped out of the cabs.

A truck's live status in VIGILFleet: plate, current speed, distance and time left to the loading point, the estimated arrival in local time, the stop sequence, and the driver's remaining driving time read from the tachograph.
  • Works with the GPS provider you already have, over their API
  • Live position, speed, fuel level and odometer, polled every minute
  • Tachograph driver cards map to trucks as shifts rotate, with no typing
  • Most fleets are running inside a week

Dispatch the whole order, not the next leg.

Loading, customs, ferry, rail and offloading live in one order. When a truck reaches a stop, the status change is already waiting for you to confirm.

Live map showing a multi-stop route from the United Kingdom across France, with truck position and stop markers for loading, customs, ferry and offloading.
  • Auto-advance proposes the status change at 500m from the stop
  • EU 561 driving time, breaks and rest computed from the tachograph
  • Country-aware time zones, so a French stop never drifts by an hour
  • The driver gets the route in the app, with voice guidance in 8 languages

The invoice arrives with the costs already on it.

Fuel and toll transactions sync daily and attach themselves to the order that burned them. By the time you invoice, the margin is already known.

The Invoices screen: an order converted into an invoice with VAT applied, the CMR document attached, and a live customer share link.
  • AS24 and DKV transactions matched to the order automatically
  • Domestic VAT or cross-border reverse charge applied on the invoice
  • CMR photo dropped in, order extracted, invoice and PDF generated
  • Per-truck profit and EUR per km, updated as the costs land

Put your own numbers in.

Nothing here is our estimate. Change any figure that is wrong for your fleet and watch the total move.

A dispatcher working late at a desk in a yard office, two monitors lit, trucks parked outside the window in the rain.

That costs you, every year

€22 176

2 × 3 h × €14 × 22 working days × 12 months

Chasing status means calling drivers, answering “where is my load”, retyping stop times, and rebuilding the day in a spreadsheet.

VIGILFleet, 25 trucks

€6 750 a year

€22.50 per truck per month, billed monthly.

You are spending €15 426 more a year on the problem than on the fix.

Is it built for the work you do?

The board changes shape depending on what you haul. These are the surfaces that exist today.

What you actually have to do.

No hardware, no migration project, no consultant. This is the whole switch.

An afternoon

You paste in the API key from your GPS provider. Nothing in the cabs is touched, nothing is uninstalled, and your tracking keeps running exactly as it does today.

The same day

Your trucks, trailers, drivers and tachograph cards appear on the board on their own. Your dispatcher can open a real order and watch a real truck move.

Within a week

The day is being run on VIGILFleet, the driver app is on the phones in their own language, and your customers have tracking links instead of your dispatcher's phone number.

Only then, 30 days

The evaluation starts the day you go live, not the day you sign. If it has not paid for itself by the end of it, you cancel and take your data with you.

€25 per truck. Per month.

One price covers the dispatcher dashboard, the driver app, every integration and the ops alerts. Volume and prepay discounts stack.

25 trucks and over
10% off the per-truck rate
50 trucks and over
20% off the per-truck rate
Paid annually
A further 15% off

The discounts stack. A 50-truck fleet paying annually lands at 17 per truck per month. Trailers, drivers, customers, dispatchers and stops are unlimited; only tractors count.

The questions you would ask us anyway.

We already have GPS tracking. Why would we pay for this too?

A GPS platform tells you where a truck is. It does not run your dispatch board, compute EU 561 rest windows, push the route to the driver in Romanian, reconcile the fuel-card invoice against the order, or give your customer a tracking link. VIGILFleet sits on top of the tracking you already have and turns positions into operations. You keep the provider you already trust.

Do we have to replace hardware in the trucks?

No. VIGILFleet talks to your telematics provider over API. Whatever is bolted into the cab today stays there.

How long until we are actually running on it?

Most fleets are live within a week, set up by their own team in an afternoon. Fleets with unusual integrations take one to two weeks with our help. The evaluation period starts the day you go live, not the day you sign.

Our drivers do not speak English.

The driver app ships in English, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, German, Polish, French and Italian. Voice guidance speaks the driver's language too.

Where does our data sit, and who can see it?

Inside the EU, hosted in Frankfurt, so no standard contractual clauses are needed. Each company is fully isolated: driver, vehicle and order records never cross a tenant boundary. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and every change is written to an audit log. The DPA is published on this site and signed before any personal data is uploaded.

What happens if we want to leave?

You cancel, monthly. You take a full export of your data as JSON or CSV under GDPR Article 20. If VIGILFleet is not worth the per-truck price to you, you should not be paying it.
