Why not just use Wialon (or our existing telematics)?
Wialon, Ruptela, Webfleet — those are tracking platforms. They show you where the truck is. They don't run dispatch, schedule EU 561, share routes with drivers in their language, or give the customer a tracking link. VIGILFleet sits on top of your telematics and turns positions into operations.
Do I need to replace my telematics hardware?
No. VIGILFleet integrates with your existing telematics provider via API. The devices already installed in your trucks stay where they are.
Which telematics platforms are supported?
Wialon, Ruptela, Teltonika, Webfleet, and Flespi out of the box. If you're on something else, ask — connectors are usually a week of work.
How is per-truck pricing counted? What's the math?
Each tractor in the system counts. Trailers, drivers, customers, dispatchers and stops are unlimited. €25/truck base, −10% at 25+ trucks, −20% at 50+, additional −15% on annual prepay. A 50-truck fleet paying annually = €17/truck/month, which is roughly the cost of one mid-tier tracking-only seat.
How fast is the rollout?
Most fleets are live in 7 days self-serve. Larger fleets with edge-case integrations take 1–2 weeks with our help. The 30-day evaluation starts the day you go live, not the day you sign.
What if our drivers don't speak English?
Driver app ships in 8 languages: English, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, German, Polish, French, Italian. Voice guidance is in the driver's language too.
How is data separated between customers?
Each customer account is fully isolated. Driver, vehicle and order records are scoped to a single company. No data is shared across tenants under any circumstance.
Can we leave?
Yes. Cancel anytime, monthly. Full export of your data as JSON or CSV per GDPR Article 20. We don't hold your operations hostage — if VIGILFleet stops being worth €17/truck for you, you should leave.
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes. The standard DPA is published on this site and signed before any personal data is uploaded. Enterprise contracts negotiable.
